Invoice not marked as paid Print

After you pay an invoice, it will be marked as paid soon after. If you find that an invoice you have paid has never been updated and marked as paid, open up a ticket with the Billing department.

Be sure to include the transaction details so that we can look it up (like the PayPal Transaction ID). We will be able to manually verify your payment and mark your invoice as paid.
