All of our VPS's are semi-managed. We will only support basic issues and troubleshooting plus of course our node issues, VPS reinstallation issues, etc.
If you require a managed VPS, you are required to have a cPanel w/ WHM on CentOS and be current and not under billing review. Management is $15 additional per month on top of your plan and cPanel license.
