Alert contacts are who and how people get notified that a monitor is up or down.
To add a new contact, hover over "Server Monitoring" on the tool bar and then click on Alert Contacts. Then click on new.
Fill in the person's first and last name, put in their desired email, and if you have SMS check's, the SMS number you want to have them contacted at.
